Shipping policy

Our deliveries are made with these criteria:
- Mailbox delivery with automatic tracking 
- Deliveries are always made to the address indicated when ordering. Delivery to a relay point is not yet possible.

You will receive a solid opaque neutral package.
Your orders may arrive in several separate packages.

Shipping costs are free.

Delivery delay
We deliver throughout USA with a delay of approximately 10-20 working days. Worldwide delivery depending on the area, from 5 to 25 working days.

There may be an additional processing time of one to 3 days in case of high demand as well as a transit time.

We are in no way responsible for delays caused by stopping or slowing down transport due to viruses, extensive checks, state blockages, demonstrations or any cause external to our good will.

Delivery tracking
You will receive emails at the different stages of your order (order, payment, confirmation, shipping ...).
Tracking is provided, you will receive a tracking number by email to track the progress of your package. Also remember to check your spam.

The tracking number can be used on all online trackers.
You can also directly track your shipment on your account with ARRIVE, an integrated tracking application that locates your package in real time.

 Return policy
You have up to 14 days following receipt of your package to request a return thereof. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for personal or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to [email protected] and send us your item to: 06 Inthamara Soi 32, Din Daeng, BKK 10400, Bangkok, Thailand.

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and they'll know you've returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
